Music city Leadership Cooperative exists to serve Nashville by creating meaningful and productive relationships between experienced leaders, passionate local advocates, and community stakeholders, all working together toward one common goal.

We seek to identify where needs in Nashville are going unmet so that leaders, organizations, and communities can move toward those gaps together with clarity, collaboration, and coordinated action.
