Leadership Cooperative exists to help move people and organizations from shared concern to shared action by strengthening collaboration around the real needs of Nashville. Through relationship building, leadership development, collaborative initiatives, and coordinated responses to unmet needs, we help unite communities of resources with communities of need so that hope becomes practical, sustainable, and transformative across our city.
