No single church, nonprofit, business, or leader can meet the needs of a city alone. Leadership Cooperative exists to help move people and organizations from shared concern to shared action by strengthening collaboration around the real needs of Nashville. Through relationship building, leadership development, collaborative initiatives, and coordinated responses to unmet needs, we help unite communities of resources with communities of need so that hope becomes practical, sustainable, and transformative across our city.

As an organization we believe to serve our city well we need to understand the history and the people of the city. Along with some of our partners we are turning this research into a prayer guide for the city of Nashville.
